In the midst of excitement of the Holiday Season, we almost forgot about Hollywood’s award season. That was until the Golden Globes announced their 69th Golden Globe Award Nominees last week at the Beverly Hill Hilton Hotel. Now all spotlights are back on in Tinsel Town.

Held by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (“HFPA”), the Golden Globes recognize achievements in 25 categories; 14 in motion pictures and 11 in television. Since 1983, it has been produced by Dick Clark Productions. This year marks its 68th anniversary in Hollywood. Its members represent 55+ countries around the world.

As the international box office has dramatically expanded these days, the Golden Globes’ prestige has also increased. It is one of the three most-watched award shows on television.

Not surprisingly, the filming locations of the movies nominated take us   once again around the world. Below is a list of the films nominated for   the 2012 Golden Globe Award and and the general locations in which they were made.
