THE FLYWAY LODGE

220 Marsh Causeway, Knotts Island, NC 27950

Like a beautiful, romantic setting straight from a Nicholas Sparks movie, the Flyway Lodge is a waterfront duck hunting lodge, located on 26 secluded acres on Knotts Island, North Carolina, 20-30 minutes from Virginia Beach. The 11,000 square foot barn was constructed in 1920 to house servants. The upper story has 13 tiny, creepy bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms with old clawfoot tubs. The lower level has an open floor plan and large bays. The 5,500 square foot hunting lodge was originally built in 1920, but was lost to a fire. An exact replica was rebuilt in 1960. There are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that could be available for film crew lodging. Yes! That means the Flyway Lodge is available for your next film and television production. Come check it out!
