Built in 1949, The Pad is a Mid-Century home in the heart of Beverly Hills, California. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, the house has a stunning view of Benedict Canyon and fabulous natural light, a huge plus for a film location.

The Pad has 2000-sf of interior space and a 1600-sf deck facing Benedict Canyon where you'll get gorgeous, unobstructed above-treetops views of Southern California nature. The central part of the house is circular, with 160 degrees of windows also facing the stunning canyon view.

Located just about 2.5 miles from the world-famous Beverly Hills Hotel and four miles from the Soho House, The Pad can comfortably accommodate cast and crew of up to 50 people. It's available for any type of film and photo shoots, celebrity interviews, casting, workshop, event, etc.
