Grand Circus is a co-working space located on the second, third, and fourth floors of the Broderick Tower, a residential skyscraper in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, built in 1928. In 2012, the building had a full renovation. With 34 stories and two basement floors and designed by architects Louis Kamper and Paul Kamper, the Broderick Tower embodies both neo-classical architecture and Beaux-Arts designs. Now owned by the Higgins family, Broderick Tower is 100% leased and occupied. The model shown in the photos below is a Grand Circus Co-Working Space, located on the third floor of the Tower.
