The Vault

PR3D Professional: Nev Muftari

Located in the basement of Downtown Detroit's Chrysler House, this is an actual Bank Vault. This space is now home to dPOP!, a design company based in Detroit. The Vault is the magnum opus of the space and is currently used as a conference room for dPOP!. The Vault is guarded by a door made from twelve feet of bullet-proof steel and rusty drips. Inside, the Vault is a rectangular room with four walls lined with golden cubbies and trays. To add to its vintage beauty, a gorgeous, wooden table sits prominently in the middle of the room with a chandelier suspended above. The Vault is available for filming and would make a unique, one-of-a-kind setting for any production.

I like to be on location. I like to have input from the real world that is helping to shape what we’re doing.
— Wes Anderson, Director of The Grand Budapest Hotel, on filming on location.
