Once in a while comes a location so perfect that a production design team needs not do much to turn it into a film set. Such is the case with this beautiful Mid-Century modern home in La Canada, California. It looks like a film set for Big Eyes (which was shot at a Mid-Century house in Vancouver).

This home is a classic expression of the MId-Century aesthetic. Situated on an acre of hilly woodlands, this gated home is a private oasis complete with pool, spa, to-die-for mountain views, and total privacy.

The house features walls of glass let in the stunning vista of the surrounding San Gabriel mountains.

There are four amazing outdoor spaces to film in, including a backyard pool, a rock patio and a Zen outdoor lounge area.

The interiors are brightly lit with natural light streaming through the multitude of windows and glass doors.

As is, the house is an original slice of 1954 Mid-Century America. You can't ask for a more perfect setting for production.
