30 Mount Tom Road, Pelham, NY 10803

This lovely 1925 English Cotswold House in Pelham, New York, modeled after English Cotswold sheepherders homes, is now available to filmmakers for use as a film location.

The house features stucco exterior, stone terraces overlooking a golf course in the Estate area of Pelham Manor. Located less than 30 minutes from Manhattan and easily accessible from I-95 or by Metro North train, the estate is situated on a corner lot on half-acre lot that includes a long driveway providing plenty of space for parking. There's also garage storage available to store filmmaking equipment when not in use.

A signature focal point of the house is the two-story beamed entrance hall with stone floors, and turned wood bannister. The house has original English steel casement windows and arched doorways. The stair hall extends up three floors with visible bannisters, windows, and textured wall surfaces. The house features large living and dining rooms, a sunroom with stone floors and arched windows on all sides, and limited furnishings and accessories. All easily moved per production needs.
