Lozovac is an old aluminum factory that hasn’t been in operation for the past ten years. It is now ready for production use as a film location. The facility consists of 20+ buildings mostly built in the period from 1936 to 1940. Located just on the border of the National Park Krka, one can actually see the flow of the river Krka and the waterfalls from here. Lozovac is also near other popular filming locations. (The fifth season of Game of Thrones was filmed not too far from the factory.) With the introduction of Croatia’s Film Production Incentive in 2012, the factory is available to international and local filmmakers for filming with a rebate of 20% on qualifying Croatian spend.
