Glass House

356 County Route 6, Germantown, NY 12526-6001

Located in Clermont, New York, between Rhinebeck and Hudson, Glass House is a unique property comprised of 108 acres of pastoral land featuring rolling hills, mowed paths, meadows, densely wooded forests, wetlands, ponds, and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, all available for filming. In addition to the land, the farmhouse, arena, barns, and the glass house (with large windows overlooking rolling hills and two scenic ponds) can be used for filming on a daily basis. Completed in 2020, Glass House was designed by architect Linda Talmaan featuring an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, and high ceilings. Built in 1860 and set on a scenic road, the farmhouse has recently been renovated for modern comforts. Its two stories house four uniquely decorated bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite bathroom and an in-ground pool. The 5,000-SF arena and adjacent barn have been recently renovated with industrial details such as large glass barn doors, to highlight its airy, natural light-filled elegance. Complete with horse stalls, the barn is also home to a group of friendly animals including cats, chickens, goats, horses, pigs, and sheep. Contact this location today to book it for your next film or television production.
